History

• ELD is founded in 1986 to meet the needs of Petrachem Holding in Gorinchem for its own packing and distribution centre for chemical products.

• Peterson Rotterdam buys shares in ELD. At the same time, ELD changes its policy to become a neutral value-added service provider in the market for liquid chemicals. This policy has remained unchanged ever since.

• HOYER acquires shares in Petrachem Holding. Peterson and HOYER become 50/50 shareholders of ELD.

• HOYER takes over Peterson's shares and becomes the sole shareholder of ELD. ELD becomes part of HOYER's Business Unit Chemilog and the Business Line Supply Chain Solutions.
